If there's one thing everyone can learn from this is to always have someone else look over your work. You'll be surprised how many errors and mistakes a fresh set of eyes will find. I didn't have any game testers before the initial launch because I thought I tested and checked absolutely everything. I played through the game  many times and caught many game-breaking glitched, yet quite a few typos, errors, and soft-locks eluded me.  So the moral of the story is to have someone check your work.
